Our Story
Xpress Coffee’s foundation goes back to 1998, when we began as an Authorized Distributor of Nescafé, serving the West Bengal market for nearly two decades (1998–2016). During this period, we built strong distribution networks, market relationships, and deep industry understanding.
Around 2014, the market landscape began to shift. West Bengal saw the emergence of local low-cost premix brands that significantly changed pricing dynamics. While established brands were priced between ₹380–₹450 per unit, new regional products entered the market at nearly half the price.
To remain competitive and sustain client relationships, we were compelled to adapt. However, balancing market survival with distributor agreements became increasingly challenging.
Recognizing long-term market trends and our strong industry experience, we made a strategic decision — instead of only distributing established brands, we would build our own structured beverage solution company.
This transition was not simple.
Moving from distributor to manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, service provider, and delivery operator required operational restructuring, manpower development, system building, and disciplined cash flow management. Machine servicing, production control, supply chain coordination, and team management had to be built from the ground up.
Over the years, we gradually stabilized every operational layer — manufacturing, quality control, delivery systems, technical service, and structured supply management.
Today, in 2026, Xpress Coffee operates with approximately ₹36 lakh in monthly revenue, supported by direct commercial clients as well as B2B partnerships.
By December 2027, we are strategically targeting ₹1 crore in monthly revenue — through controlled expansion, structured team development, and system-driven operations.
Our growth has never been accidental.
It has been built through adaptation, discipline, and long-term vision.

Our Mission
✔ Precision-blended, quality-controlled premixes — continuously improving taste and formulation by sourcing high-grade raw materials from different regions of India, while maintaining strict cost discipline to keep pricing competitive and sustainable.
We do not use non-dairy creamers (NDC) or beverage whiteners containing palm oil. Instead, we formulate our products using pure dairy whitener (Dynamix), without synthetic preservatives or stabilizers. While this may create a price difference of approximately ₹10–15 per kg compared to low-cost alternatives in the market, it ensures a healthier and higher-quality beverage experience.
During the blending process, we maintain strict hygiene standards through clean machinery, controlled environments, and trained manpower. After production, products are stored in cold storage conditions to preserve freshness.
Although our premixes carry a 6-month shelf life, they typically remain in our facility for only 10–15 days before reaching clients, dealers, or distributors — ensuring freshness and quality consistency at every stage
